Blade Overview

Blades are extremely useful for filling long trenches; all you have to do is set the angle and drive from end to end. Blades are also great for pushing dirt, making drains and shifting snow.

The Dingo Blade is 1.2m wide and can angle and tilt just like a bulldozer.

If you look closely at the blade, you will notice that is is reversible, top to bottom.  This will double the life of the blade. Then look again at the cutting edge and you will see that they cutter has been designed with a heel. If you tilt the blade just right, then this heel will allow you to even grade sand. This is a very good tool, but not suitable for the fool who just tries to push dirt without thinking. A fool will simply keep biting the blade in and stalling the Dingo. A real operator will make it spread like butter.

A hydraulic adjustment version is available, but I prefer the manual adjustment. This way, once you set it, and get the tilt right, you just keep blading. With the hydraulic verson, you tend to keep changing the setting, and that means you keep losing you setting. Save your money for something else. Buy the manual version and do a better job.

Gary.
