Sometimes you can catch a lucky break! I'm planning on doing a rebuild on my trencher. Got the sprocket done whilst I was away on the cruise. A mate has sourced me the steel for the wear plate. Got it a metre long as I intend to run it under the gear housing as well. Dropped into Dingo yesterday to pay a bill and picked up a new nose wheel assembly whilst there.
How lucky can you get.....Used the trencher this morning to cut back an area for a retainer wall to go in, before ducking out to Tamborine (at least a 2 hour turn around to and from Dingo Branch) to do a quick electrical trench. No sooner has the chain it the ground, I notice the nose wheel wobbling away. NO DRAMAS I says to the customer.....got a brand newie right here in the truck!
