Terms and Conditions for listing a second-hand Dingo Mini Digger and/or attachments on Dingo Marketplace:
- 1. Eligibility: Items must be Dingo Australia-built. Non-Dingo items are ineligible unless authorized by Dingo Australia.
- 2. Approval Process: Listings are subject to review and approval by the Dingo team. Submission does not guarantee publication.
- 3. Enquiries: All enquiries will be sent to the email provided. Sellers are responsible for communication and transactions.
- 4. No Warranty or Guarantee: Dingo Australia provides no guarantees regarding buyer trustworthiness. Sellers are responsible for vetting buyers.
- 5. Accuracy of Information: All information provided must be accurate. False or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.
- 6. Indemnity: Sellers indemnify Dingo Australia, its employees, and agents from claims or disputes arising from the listing service.
- 7. Modification or Termination of Service: Dingo Australia reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time without notice.
