Exclusion of Warranty or Guarantee on Second-Hand Machines and Attachments Dingo disclaims any and all guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding any second-hand machines or attachments listed by a third party. Dingo shall not be liable for the condition, functionality, or suitability of such second-hand machines or attachments, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Dingo. Any warranties, whether statutory or otherwise, shall only apply if expressly provided by Dingo in a separate written agreement.
